public class StreamingInserts<DestinationT>
extends PTransform<PCollection<KV<DestinationT,TableRow>>,WriteResult>

PTransform that performs streaming BigQuery write. To increase consistency, it leverages BigQuery's best effort de-dup mechanism.

NOTE: This method should not be called directly. Instead apply the PTransform should be applied to the InputT using the apply method.
